How we work
Three things we do differently
The consultation is separate
Fifteen minutes, free, no scissors. If you are changing something significant we would rather talk about it on a day when neither of us is watching a clock.
We will say no
Some things cannot be done in one sitting without wrecking your hair, particularly going very light from box dye. We will give you the two or three visit version instead of pretending.
Prices are bands, not quotes
Colour depends on how much hair you have and what is already in it. The band on this page is honest. The number is confirmed at the consultation, before we start.
Visit
Four weeks out, and we hold cancellations
Ring rather than message if you need something sooner. There is a cancellation list and it moves most weeks, but it lives in a notebook by the till rather than an app.
