Three things that stop it going wrong

Same cleaner every time

You get one person, and their name, and if they are away you are told who is coming instead. Rotating strangers through somebody's house is how trust in this trade gets lost.

The list is the contract

Whatever the builder above produced is what gets done. If you want something added, we will price it. If something was missed, we come back, and we do not charge for that.

We do not move your things

We clean around what is out rather than tidying it away, because putting somebody's belongings somewhere new is not help. Ask us and we will do it, but never by default.

Booking

First visit takes longer, and costs more

A first clean of a house nobody has done professionally is roughly one and a half times a regular visit, and we would rather say that now than surprise you on the invoice. After that it settles to the number in the builder.
