What the quote actually includes
Lifting and disposal
Old floor out and taken away, including the staples and the tack strip nobody mentions. It is on our quote as a line. If it is missing from somebody else's, ask why.
Subfloor made right
Levelled to within three millimetres over two metres. A click floor over a wavy subfloor clicks apart within a year and it is never the floor's fault.
Ten percent waste
Ordered on top of your measurement, because cuts and defects are real. Leftovers stay with you for repairs, they do not go back on our van.
Trim, thresholds and doors
Quarter round, transitions, and doors trimmed to clear. This is the part that turns a two day job into three, so it is priced up front rather than discovered.
Measure up
Free measure, and we bring samples to the room
Colour in a showroom under fluorescent light is a different colour in your living room at four in the afternoon. We bring the boards to you and leave them for a couple of days before anybody orders anything.
